"Skype" connection blocked.

Hello,
Why is my Skype Connection became "block"? Please unblock it, or teach me how to do it so I can avail of Skype again.

uhm, how does this have to do with cpu's,
go into windows firewall, if you dont know how i cant help you
click allow a feature or program through firewall on the left side, and search for skype
