Question Skype error

I get this error that's described in this screenshot when I start Skype from my Windows 11 laptop. Why is that?

one fix seems to be uninstall it and reinstall it again.

weird thing is that its looking for 32bit module, this wasnt fresh win11 install right?

Skype for business is still 32bit

its unclear and I thought they were replacing skype with teams?
