Skyrim crashing after bethesda logo

My Skyrim crashes after the Bethesda Logo comes up, I know this is due to the mods but can someone specify the actual problem?

You checked everything with Loot and cleaned everything that needs it with TES5Edit?

Doesn't Rich Merchants have to be placed directly into your Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\? Looks like you loaded it with your mod manager.

I think I figured it out, not sure if your suggestions were the ones to fix it but I realised I had a plugin for a DLC which I did not have, so I unticked it and now it works, thanks for your help
