Skyrim Crashing issues

After I hit the start button on the Skyrim launcher a black window opens and immediately closes. No errors or anything. I have re downloaded Skryim twice, and verified it a half dozen times. I have also gone into sounds in control panel and set the speakers to studio quality, which I have seen on several forums.

I also got the same error..... Its due to the your sound frequency...

1. Just go to your sound settings or go to your sound driver.

2. Just choose the frequency below 5000hz of 16 bit...

Open skyrim again and it is done

P. S - : if that frequency is not working u can try any other low frequency
