Skyrim Crashing On Load

I decided to download and play Skyrim. I played a little bit and then downloaded a multitude of mods. The game ran fine with about 25 mods installed and running. I then decided to download SKYUI but I had to download the SKSE thing before I could run SKYUI. After trying to get SKSE/SKYUI to work Skyrim no longer even loaded. If I tried to load up a previous save the game would just exit before even reaching the loading screen. If I tried to start a new game it would just sit in the menu screen.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've already tried deactivating all of my mods. Really not sure what to do here.

Modding a game like skyrim is not something easy. If you thougth you could install every mod you want and that they will work togheter, you are wrong.
Unfortunatelly, this sort of issue is not soemthing easy to solve, as every configuration of mods can be different, so each case would have to be reviewed individually.

As a general rule of thumb, mods that change the same aspect of the game (engine, textures, audio, the same quests, etc) have a high probability of breaking down the game.
The reason why the game dosent even load is becasue when the game tries to "call" for a file it requires, the file is either missing, has a wrong name, or there is more than 1 file to choose from.

That happens with 2 mods interact with each other...
Uninstall all the mods, uninstall the game, reboot PC, re-install the game, install mod manager, install desired mods.

This happened to me awhile back.

I suggest you recheck your mod list, your load order, and if eveything is fine, ask in nexus forums for help (If you dont know waht load order is, probably once you figure out wou will be able to solve the issue).
