Skyrim ctd after fast travel/infinite loading screen

My skyrim has recently started to freeze after I fast travel or the first load up screen will not go away (music and writing still appears but the load screen just does not dissapear) Any way of fixing this? It is soooooo annoying and ive tried so many things.
Ive deleted my skyrim.ini and my skyrimprefs.ini and done other stuff.
please help

Yes it is and yes i have
Why would that be an error?

Mods, by their nature, change the game code to provide a different experience: different textures/models, different behavior for items/powers/spells, different maps, etc. Since they're changing the base code, there's always a chance that an unexpected interaction is occuring. Throw in multiple mods from different modders, & the chance for unforseen consequences exponentially increases.

If Skyrim doesn't crash when you run it "vanilla" (i.e. no mods), then 1 or more of the mods is causing the problem. You can test them individually first, then start testing combinations, until you isolate what's causing the problem.
