Skyrim ENB Boost installation help?

Hi there,

I was wanting to ask how do you install CTD and memory patch ENBoost?: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38649//?
I dont have ENB installed but how do I install ENB? And what is WrapperVersion and InjectorVersion?
And I do not understand how do do this step:
'3) Select proper enblocal.ini to your hardware file from ENBoost archive folders
and extract it to game folder by replacing the same one from ENBSeries.'
Maybe that is because I don't have ENB installed but I spent hours trying to install this and I couldn't. It was very frustrating! I would just like to start from the beginning and to the end because I really do not know how to install this mod and there are no tutorials online!! Please help me!!

1) Download "ENBSeries 0.195" or NEWER version.
2) Unpack ENBSeries files from "WrapperVersion" folder to your Skyrim game
folder where TESV.exe file is. For some users "InjectorVersion" should be
used to fix compability issues with other software or for laptops with Optimus.
3) Select proper enblocal.ini to your hardware file from ENBoost archive folders
and extract it to game folder by replacing the same one from ENBSeries.
4) Run the game.
