"If you boycott Skyrim because the company is cheap..."

If you had a problem with the Scrolls lawsuit and you still couldn't restrain yourself from buying the game for even a day, then you shouldn't be allowed to vote. Or procreate. Or consume oxygen.

This is probably just lawyers trying to squeeze all of the money they can out of the Elder Scrolls name. No one is going to confuse The Elder Scrolls with Scrolls (especially since most people refer to an Elder Scrolls title by its other name, like "Morrowind", "Skyrim", and "Oblivion"). I'm sure most of the actual dev team couldn't care less if Mojang named a game "Scrolls".

Also, this is almost surely an easter egg. This is the only "Notched" pick I've seen all game, and it's enchanted and hidden on the top of the world. Why would they go through the trouble of all that unless the "Notched" part of the name held another meaning?

[citation][nom]Goldengoose[/nom]How come they aren't able to track digital purchases as well as retail?[/citation]
I don't think it's a case of not being able to track digital sales as much as wanting to use lower retail sales numbers, while ignoring the digital sales, as justification to at most, port a game to the PC as cheaply as they can get away with, and then cry "pirates hurt our sales, look how much retails sales fell!" while trying to abandon PC gamers.

[citation][nom]opmopadop[/nom]Perhaps its an 'In' joke, Notch being sued for the amount of 303 million perhaps?[/citation]
This is definitely a easter egg considering it is at the highest point in the game.

It might not be an easter egg. It could have just been called "Notched Pickaxe" because it was notched into the stone. The 303 value could have been random and it's probably worth that because of it's enchantment. I don't even know if you could find that anywhere else honestly.

It's just a thought though. It could be a full easter egg.
