Skyrim keeps crashing before main menu

Installed Skyrim fresh because i was having issues in game reinstalled all my mods aside from a few I didn't like went to launch Skyrim and it CTD's before main menu. I've had this issue many times when i started to mod and it was usually because of my load order or missing some master files, but this time according to LOOT and TES5Edit I'm not missing anything at all.

Just Verified game cache 3 files missing they were recovered, but nothing changed.

Fixed it. Turns out it was the enb i was using I don't know why I've used it a few times before and it always worked fine. (Seasons of Skyrim)
