Skyrim Low FPS RADEON 7870

Hello Guys, i seek for your help, because i have a really strange problem. While playing other games such like Dishonored, Far Cry 2 and Far Cry 3(runs on very high at 40-60 fps), i cannot seem to play Skyrim very well, most of the times goes to bellow 30 fps at high settings in the intro section, by looking at trees or simply entenring combat with 2 or more enemies, it's really weird.

My PC Specs are:
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q9550 @2.83Ghz(Stock) Temps(Idle): 42 38 39 38 / Temps(Load): 60 59 58 59 in Celcius
GPU: VTX3D Radeon HD 7870 GHZ Edition(OC 1100Mhz / 1225) Temp(idle): 38 / Temp(load): 50/54 in Celcius
Motherboard: ASUS P5Q3-DELUXE WIFI ADDON
RAM: 6G 1333 MHZ

I seem to play nice in other games but with Skyrim and other Bethesda games, just can't...

Please tell me if there is something wrong.

Forgot to add the driver that i'm using currently: it's the AMD 12.11 BETA 11 DRIVER

Looks like it might be a CPU bottleneck. I heard that Skyrim is very heavy on the CPU.

Yeah, you need to overclock your CPU or get a new one if you want more FPS in Skyrim.

Take a look at that. A fast CPU can almost double your FPS in Skyrim.
