i recently buy an i5 3330 and i'm playing skyrim on ultra settings
resolution 1920x1080
textures high
radial blur high
shadows detail high (ultra kills fps)
decal quality ultra
antialiasing 2x
anisotropic filtering 4x
Fxaa on and all other option on too

view distasnce i'm using half value of each option available and distance object detail set to high
the game in the open world runs at 35~60 fps
indoors the game to runs at 32~50 fps cities too
but the game constantly have quick freezes and framedrops every 30~40 seconds and i can see the scenario being formed in the distance (not very far)and when this happens, the game quickly freeze for about 1/5 of second and sometimes the game lags, when i move the mouse i can feel that it answers a little bit late but this most happens indoors and dungeouns what should i do?
my system
i5 3330
gtx 550 ti zotac(fermi)
4gb ram
ga h61m-s1
windows 8.1

mods that enhance the game graphics
2K Textures FULL Dungeons
2K Textures FULL Landscape
2K Textures Lite Towns
2K Textures Lite Riften
Realistic Water Two set to Medium Water resolution

any tips? the game is running at a high fps why the game is showing this problems?

Solution
your gpu wont run skyrim with 2k textures at ultra settings.
it may do medium-high also as your using a 3rd party texture pack make sure you disable the stock high rez textures that come with the game updates.
use nexus mod manager and 1 of the tools that allow you to test the order of the mod you use.
if you get them in the wrong order you will have problems with performance if they dont break the game first.
also use the community patches and if you have any dlc's use the community patches for them 2.

The freezes that you have I think there are the time when the vram of the GPU is filling with new textures and scenario and unloading textures out of visual. More vram is better, 2-3GB. My old 5850 (about 2x the 550) have the same problem (but not too much) because the 1GB of vram.
