Does anyone know if the Russian version (Steam) of Skyrim is Mod-able?

Ya, sorry thats what I meant, Russian localization....

as in if you're allowed to mod it? yes
is it any different? I doubt it, I think it's just the texts and dialogues the rest of the game files should be the same
