hello, I'm planning on building a sleeper PC using a dell dimension 4400 case
the only problem with it is how can I connect its original USB/I0 panel to a modern motherboard as the motherboard I'm planning on using is an MSI MAG B550m Morter Wifi.
I would send a picture of the USB board but idk how.

I don't think that's going to easily happen unless you know how to rewire and solder. If so no need to ask this question. Best of luck.

All the wires SHOULD be standard before they go into the control board that combines them into a single plug for the Dell assembler to plug into the mobo. It's just a matter of putting new ends on the cables (and probably extending them to reach the mobo again).

Almost all of the commonly found Dell models that were available in a mid tower + have some level of information about how to convert the panel connectors. In some cases I have seen various ones for sale. Just search for your motherboard pinout for the connectors you need and almost certainly something will come up.
