Sleeping dogs is not running

I also tried to run is as administrator and didn't work...
it doesn't also give me any message or error ??!!

my system requirement is :
i7
8 G
Geforce GT 520 M

so can anyone help me ?

Your card is pretty low end. Could you explain what happens when you start the app a bit better please?

I also have the same issue...it doesnt load the game....nothing appears when we open the game...no error message....the busy icon appears for few seconds and goes off....
What could be the problem..?
