SLI xfx hd 7770

Would a thermaltake tr2 500w (red label ) psu be enough for these two cards?
the psu does have a 6 pin and 6+2

The fact it has the two connectors is a good sign, but you have to realize that crossfire with two videocards puts a much larger load on the PSU. This makes PSU selection critical. Would I buy a PSU like this to crossfire two cards? No. Also, these days using two 7770s isn't going to get you far. So if this is just for experimental purposes then go for it, but there's no practical reason to do it.
