I just bought anouther 8800gtx card to run in sli and the drivers wont upgrade cant get nvida contole panel up cant find it had it befor now its gone i have tried every thing i can think of please help

Remove your existing drivers and reinstall the new ones.

Worst-case scenario your drivers have junked up Windows so you may need to wipe Windows off and start again.
