I am building a mini-ITX gaming pc and I will be building my own case so I want to make the mobo as slim as possible. I heard about these ultra slim mobos with angled dimm slots, such as this one:
https://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=&sku=1250272&gclid=CjwKEAiA17LDBRDElqOGq8vR7m8SJAA1AC0_0d-yU9_CW1nVXBC-XZvA17O6CFzoHjvq45y7SlsVhxoCTFXw_wcB&is=REG&ap=y&c3api=1876%2C52934714882%2C&Q=&A=details
does anyone know if there is some adapter that would enable me to connect a gpu to this motherboard? I doubt there is any way but this would be a great way to shave some height off the mobo area

No, you're going to need a full size PCIE slot, which this board doesn't have.
You could maybe find another thin board and use something called a riser or ribbon for more freedom in GPU placement.

Thin mini ITX doesn't really reduce height by that much. By the time you put a low profile cooler on it, RAM doesn't stick up much higher than that, if at all.
Thin mini ITX also don't have the power phasing to support high end CPUs and OCs.
Really for a gaming rig i'd like you to consider regular ITX.

Check out my ITX build! Might as well have built the case myself haha.

Thanks, I am not trying to make a very powerful rig, just an i3 6100 and a 1050 ti, but thanks for the advise! I didn't think a slim mini would be feasable, and i knew about card ribbons and all that, but every millimeter counts!
