Slimmest, quiet mid-ATX case with optical drive?

Hi there,
I am about to start a new build, compact and quiet, with enough space for a decent GPU. I was looking at micro-ATX cases with the Nanoxia Deep Silence 4 as front runner, although some of its connections are a bit out of date.

But some ATX cases are almost as small as mATX ones. I would buy the Fractal Define Mini C if only it had one 5.25" optical bay, which I need. I like the clean minimalist style of Fractal and Nanoxia. Can anyone recommend a similar mid-tower, less than 215mm wide, with an optical bay?

Many thanks!

Some cases that you may want to consider (all are less than 215mm wide, with external 5.25" drive bay/s and fits ATX mobos). Most of these (not all) are designed for low noise (some have noise-cancellation padding, et. al.):

200mm wide:
Corsair - 100R Silent ATX Mid Tower Case ($56.98 @ Newegg)

205mm wide:
Thermaltake - Urban S31 Window ATX Mid Tower Case ($299.89 @ Newegg Marketplace)

White Version: Thermaltake - Urban S31 Snow ATX Mid Tower Case ($169.95 @ Newegg Marketplace)...

Thank you raisonjohn (and sorry for the delay replying), I think one of these will fill the bill. I like the look of the Thermaltake - and the price of the Corsair.
