I have a 8 yrs old system with the following configuration :

Processor: Intel Core i7 3930k (Hexa Core @3.2Ghz)
Motherboard: Asus P9X79 Pro
RAM: 16 Gb (4x4gb) Gskills Z series DDR3
Gfx Card: Zotac Gtx 1660 Super amp edition
PSU: Corsair HX850 850watt
Cabinet: Coolermaster HAF X
Hdd: 1tb WD Black, 500gb WD Green, 400gb WD blue, 80gb Samsung sata
Ssd: Samsung 860 Evo 1tb
Monitor: Dell 2707 WFP 1920x1200

My system was extremely slow to boot on WD black hdd. To give an idea, on the windows 10 boot screen, those rotating dots below the blue windows logo used to complete atleast 15 to 17 circles before I could get to the login screen. My hdd was configured with MBR partition table.

Now to speed things up I bought and setup a Samsung SSD as GPT disk and also changed the boot mode from bios to UEFI only. Even then on a fresh install of Windows 10 version 1909 those rotating dots complete at least 4 to 5 circles before I get to the login screen. One day it also happened that on the first boot of the day those dots did not complete even 1 circle and I was on the login screen. But it never happened after that. No matter how many reboots I did it was back to slow.
Can anyone suggest something?

its about 20-25 seconds with the SSD (3-3.5 circles). But if I remove the LAN cable its like 8-10 seconds (0.5 circles).

Can anyone please comment?
