Question Slow boot time

I just completed my new computer build and the boot time is slow when compared to my old computer.
NEW-------------------------------------------------OLD
MB - MSI Z590-A Pro----------------------------MSI - H97-G45
CPU - Intel i7-11700K---------------------------Intel - i7-4790K
SSD - Samsung 980 PRO------------------------Samsung - 860 EVO
RAM - 32 GB DDR4-3200----------------------RAM 16 GB DDR3
PSW - EVGA B5 850 Watt----------------------750 Watt
GPU - Nvidia 1050ti ( I plan to replace)------Nvidia 1050ti

Boot time 29 to 30 seconds----------------------Boot time 14 to 15 seconds

What am I missing?

Have you looked through the boot settings in your motherboard BIOS?
