Slow boot win10

i5 4690 , 10gb ram , gtx960 2gb , h81m-k , 500gb hdd , win10.
PC suddenly boots slowly (~5 minutes ) when it used to boot in like 40~50 seconds , scanned for viruses using NOD32 nothing found , no performance issues in games \ idle use .
What could it be guys ?

10 GB ram?? Whats in it? 2x4 GB and 1x2 GB? If it's an ssd dont defrag it
