[SOLVED] Slow change between accountss

Hello,
my macbook is all of a sudden slow when loging off of one account. I get a blue screen with the spinning wheel and it takes about 5 minutes for it to be useable. any ideas what's happening?

Try making up a dummy account under accounts and see what happens than.
