Slow Chrome Download

So i have 150 down and about 10 up, i download games on steam or install updates for Wow/LoL fast with good speed. However my download for 178 mb file on chrome takes around 30 minutes while i can update a 1 gig patch in less than ten. Can someone explain why this happens and or how to fix these slow download speed on Chrome?

You are limited to whatever download speed from the server giving you the files. If it caps you at 15mb/s, you get max 15mb/s
