Slow download speed

UPDATE: It was a router problem they replaced it with a better router and now i download at full speed

So i have a problem with download speed i have 95Mb down and 25Mb down i should have about 11-12MB download at maximum but i'm currently downloading world of tanks and i'm downloading at 5MB/sec (it's 8-9.5MB i was wrong) when i download through steam it doesn't go above 8MB, on uplay it's also about 8MB only when i downloaded gta V through social club i had 11MB download oh and on origin i download 2-3MB max thanks in advance and sorry if i didn't find thread that has the solution already

Internet Speed test gives you your speed from you to your ISP. Anything else cannot be guaranteed at the same speed. Steam just has some really slow servers or they are getting alot of download traffic.
