Slow Gigabyte Ethernet?

Hello, I have a 200mb fibre connection, hooked up to my desktop via ethernet cable.

I have a sabertooth 990fx R2.0 motherboard, I am not even getting 50mb/s.
A technician from my ISP is suggesting it's my motherboard which is throttling the connection.

It naturally has gigabyte ethernet so I am skeptical of this.
I have attempted to play with the settings in AI suite, including disabling network icontrol, to no avail. Any suggestions?

Note: all realtek drivers have been uninstalled, reinstalled/updated.

that is not showing Gbe, do you have cat5e/cat6 cables. is your router Gbe, everything in any particular chain needs to be Gbe.
