Slow Internet even with using good PCI E

Hi, I have weird problem here
My PC is in my room and router wifi is outside, currently I'm using this PCI E:
Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 with bluetooth.

Motherboard:
Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H-BK Black Edition

I do some testing in my room:
From PC, Speedtest using 2.5ghz i receive download averagely only 22-25Mbps, but with upload of averagely 58Mbps

From Samsung galaxy 8, Speedtest using using 2.5ghz, download averagely 45-50Mbps and upload 80Mbps.

My question is, whats wrong with my PCI E? I believe the PCI E spec support high speed internet. but why download speed is significantly lower compare to my phone?

Out of curiosity, i thought the distance of PCI antenna and router is a bit far so I purposely shorten the distance so the antenna is within sight with the router wifi. Tested it, get download averagely 30Mbps only.

Can anyone advise for this issue?

Check this link. The test you are performing are not even close to compare you gsm with your wi-fi so the results cant be taken as valid.

I am using my phone to test the wifi speed, not using the mobile data.

Run an Ethernet cable to your computer and see if the slow speeds persist. This will help you determine if the issue is with the wireless.

@SgtScream After i try using LAN cable, I received download speed averagely of 95Mbps. Can we say the issue is with the wireless ?

If all wireless devices have the same speed when running the test, your wireless access point is probably the limitation.
