So, few days ago I had my hdd formated. I reinstalled win 8.1 pro 64 bit and downloaded all the drivers/apps I need. I downloaded a few online games such as CS:GO and LoL but when I tried to play I had really high pings. However, in CS:GO using net_graph 1 I saw that there is 50% choke in every server.
At first I thought that there was something wrong with my computer so I did a traceroute and found that my router device had 70ms 99ms 99ms. The other hops were normal at around 20-30 ms. When I pinged my router through cmd and playing in servers I would get max 35ms. I borrowed a router from a friend and I found that I had same ping in server with it but lower choke ( around 10% ) and the response to my computer was 1ms. I've tried to reinstall drivers and the tempratures seem fine. I contacted my ISP already and they told me that there's nothing wrong with my connection. What should I do??
