Slow internet on one computer

I don't know what happened or why this happened.

My internet became slow out of nowhere an hour ago. My ping is at 570/580ms and my download speed is extremely slow (50kbps). I have a 100Mbps connection, but this is only happening on my PC. My iPhone and my brother's PC connection are stable. And there are no programs consuming my connection.

I've tried rebooting my PC, renewing the IP, uninstalling every Microsoft app, reinstalling the ethernet driver, but nothing. Is there anything I can do other than formatting my PC?

PC: Windows 10
CPU: i3 7100 3.9Ghz
RAM: 8GB
HDD: 1GB
Motherboard: ASRock H110M-HG4
GPU: EVGA GTX 1050 2GB

EDIT: Forgot to post this, but I'm using a wired connection.

EDIT: Never mind, managed to solve it by updating the driver.

Updating once again because it didn't fix everything. It managed to recover my 100mbps speed, but my download speed is stuck at 300kbps now. I've tried to do a network reset to fix this, but it didn't work as well.

I don't want to format my PC just so I can fix a single bug that MS doesn't fix. Is there any other option?
