[SOLVED] Slow Internet on Win10 devices but not on phones

Hey,
just found this forum. Sorry if i overlooked a existing post regarding that problem.

I was very frustrated with my download speed lately. I should get 150Mbps from my provider. I get around 140Mbps on my Phone which is perfect but on my Laptop (Microsoft Surface Pro 6) via WIFI i get max. 12Mbps and on my Desktop PC (Killer E2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller) as well only around 14Mbps. I can't figure out why that is the case. I updated all my drivers. Reset the router, checked for any limitations from the network settings.. but nothing worked.
It just says that my Speed is 100/100Mbps. But i am not even reaching that speed...

What can i do?

Killer network software is known for limiting downloads. If you remove all the Killer software and then install JUST the driver, that may help.
Also have you checked your windows tuning -- https://www.ghacks.net/2016/08/05/windows-10-limiting-internet-speed/ You want the auto tuning set to NORMAL.

Thanks for the tips. I tried the Windows tuning nur it didn't make any difference.

And for the Killer network Software. I got the same Problem via Wifi and in another Laptop which has a realtek network Software. And if i swap to Wifi it's the same
