Update your post to include make and model information for the network modem and the network router.

May be combined into one device,

ISP?

Which device did you reset?

What was the reason for the factory reset?

On your computer run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt.

Post the results.

You should be able to copy and paste the result from the screen without the need to retype it all.

It could be the router is using different wifi radio channels than before. It also could be that you are connecting on the 2.4g radio rather than the 5g radio.

This is hard to say unless you know what channels the router was using before and what radio band you were connecting to. You could manually try to set the radio channels in the router.
I would try the 5g radio on channels around 40. You might want to set the ssid for the 5g and 2.4g radio different so you can force your pc to connect to the different radios to test.

Hello this is Gulshan * [Moderator redacted to remove personally identifiable information].

Well, you need to check that your device's software is up to date and that there are no pending updates. Also, reset your network settings on your device to clear any possible conflicts.
Hope it will work.
Thanks
