So I'm having this issue with my pc while using ethernet at first I thought it was an issue with my internet, tested it on another pc it worked fine, so I moved to the ethernet cable plugged a device with that ethernet port and the cable worked fine, I also bought a USB 3.0 to ethernet 1Gbit/s still no fix. So it's an issue with my pc, having searched on the internet for possible problems, I saw it could be malware so I installed McAfee ran that no malware nor viruses. I then moved on to possible driver issues and installed AVG Driver Updater and updated all my drivers, still didn't fix the problem. I have gone on task manager multiple times and seen what's taken up the network % and even tried ending some of these tasks however, it still hasn't changed. I even tried going into safe mode with networking and no surprise it still didn't fix the issue. What should I attempt next and what could be the source of this issue. worst comes to worst I could potentially reinstall windows however that is my last option and I want to have tried everything before that.

My pc parts are below and were bought in 2018
Ryzen 5 1600
Rx 580 8Gb
8Gb ram, ddr4 2400 MHz
AM4 Asrock ab350 pro4
750 Watt power supply

Solution
Do indeed start with finding, directly downloading, installing, and re-configuring the applicable network adapter driver.,

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) and post the results.

Also:

Open Powershell as Admin and run the following cmdlet:

Get-NetAdapterAdvancedProperty

Reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/po...edproperty?view=windowsserver2019-ps#examples

Post accordingly.

The command results should appear and be similar to what is shown below:

PS C:\Users\XXXX> Get-NetAdapterAdvancedProperty

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

750W is the (advertised)wattage of the PSU. What is the make and model of the unit? As for the PSU, it's coming to around 4 years...so that could be something to replace, if the unit is lackluster in the quality department. What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? If on Windows 10, which version(not edition) are you on?

AVG Driver Updater
Never use third party app's to tell you if your platform is pending updates. Cross reference your product maker's support site and see if you have updates pending.

Compare the results to the same cmdlet being run on a computer is at speed.

For example: What is your Speed and Duplex configuration?

Solution
Alright so I ran those 2 commands you told me to, here's the Screenshot, the Ethernet inside the red box is the Ethernet that I'm currently connected to and what's giving me internet, and the red dots on PowerShell are what's different to my other pc, however, I changed these values to match that of my other pc and still no change in the speed.
Also, I went to the manufactures site of the Realtek USB GBE controller and installed their latest driver/driver checker and it says I'm up to date
