Question Slow loading textures on multiple games

Hi there. My textures take time to load in and therefore cause stuttering (I believe) in games such as the newest Modern Warfare, Fortnite, and occasionally CS:GO. My drive status says OK on Windows 10, my Nvidia drivers are up to date (2060 Super), my bios is up to date, and my ram is even at max speed. I'm honestly more confused than frustrated, but perhaps it could just require a clean install, but I'd like some opinions first. Thanks.

What are you full system specs?
