Slow performance after PSU blew

Recently my PSU blew, ive since replaced it with a better one (Went from 650w to 750) but now my computers sluggish and game performance is low.

Specs are:
i7 3770k
GTX 980
ASRock Q77m vpro
EVGA GQ 750 PSU
16GB Corsair RAM

Im not sure of the best way to test certain things. I reinstalled the BIOS, windows. So I think its a hardware fault, but im not sure how to find the precise thing causing it.

I can't view the image right now, so is the CPU overclocked? If so, return to stock settings in BIOS.

Try going to your computers power options and selecting the "High Performance" option

Core voltage is WAY too low. Go to the BIOS and change it to 1.25V.
