[SOLVED] Slow rendering + loading in games in pc

PC specs;-
i3 4130
Gtx 1050 ti
16gb ram
240gb ssd
1TB Hdd
450 watt psu

So i have recently changed my psu but after changing my psu, my pc has become slow and i am also getting high ping in games with extreme shuttering issues in it. Even Windows is sometimes lagging.
Note ;- 1. My GPU is up to date and working fine.
2. My internet is fine too
3. I have a doubt that my cpu cooler is not perfectly in contact with the cpu.
4. I dont know about the condition of my HDD and SSD because my previous psu got burnt but both are working so i think they are fine

Definetly check the health of your drives with CrystalDiskInfo.
Your breaking psu could have caused damage to your harddrives.

Fam, i just checked its my cpu problem it reaching 100°C while gaming.

Well thats the issue. reapply thermalpaste and remember to remove the remains of the old one. Make sure to tighten the cooler in an X pattern.

If you have concerns about the CPU cooler being mounted correctly and having full contact with the surface of the CPU - AND you have such high CPU temps, you should definately try to reseat the cooler
