Slow running computer

Hey, so heres the story. I would always get 150+fps on csgo on high settings. I decided to move my room around and when i started it up again i was getting 40fps with stuttering on the same settings. I put it to low settings but still only managed to get 50 fps. I was careful when moving it and here are the things ive done so far: Scanned for viruses, defragged the hardrives and ssd, checked the heat of the cpu and gpu, ensured all the cables inside were secured and made sure there was enough room for heat to escape. Ive checked the cpu temp and its only 40-48c. I dont know whats causing it and im desperate.

Cpu: Intel Core I5-4670 3.40ghz 4 cores
Ram:16gb
Gpu: MSI AMD 260x 2GB
Case: Coolermaster Itower 930 Server case
HDD1: 750GB WD black 7200rpm
HDD2: 1TB WD Green
SSD: 120GB Crucial M500
Mother Board: Asrock B85M-D3H
PSU: 600W

Maybe something is wrong with your internet so you have high ping

im talking about fps not ping, it happens offline as well as online

Try to verify game cache,check hdd usage,update drivers,defrag hdd,run malware bytes,disable windows auto updates (or antivirus),check gpu temps and cpu
