[SOLVED] Slow surfing network

Hi i have a weird problem xd well i have 100mb net then i download normally 10mb/s ok but when i surf in the network i have lag? i mean is super slow just for that :c i can download super good and watch videos on youbute(in other places super slow loading) and lag in games but say like "80ms" but appears to be 300ms :c what is the problem?

im using the Ethernet cable fully new cat7 what can i do? 😀

Boot a linux live cd and see if the problem persists. If not, then your windows is borked.

may be as simple as using a different DNS provider.

Could be, but I'm betting something is messed up with windows or the actual connection route.
