Hello my system been very slow lately, but its not always, it can be fine and then next minute it's not.
and can take forever to open anything. Sometimes i get a BSOD but very very rarely maybe once or twice a week, I was trying to figure it out myself:

  • Tried a different gpu ,
  • Tried taking one ram stick out.
  • Tried with both RAM sticks, same thing,

my temps are fine while gaming its around 65-70 for both cpu and gpu. My specs are -

Ryzen 5 5600G
Rtx 2060
Gigabyte B550m aorus elite
Corssair Vengeance 2x8GB @ 3200mhz
500GB SSD
Evga 550Plus Bronze PSU

The minimum recommended system power for your GPU is 500 watts. I have used EVGA before and never had any problems. But 80+ Bronze means you need to add on 20%.

So you should have purchased a 600w PSU. Can you get away with a 550 watt one? Yes, depending on the power needs of the rest of the computer. But you aren`t leaving much room for the gradual degradation of the PSU.

Its likely your computer a few times per week isn`t getting the juice it needs and then it BSODs.

Share minidump files, late opening of programs on your system may be associated with disk. If you are using an HDD (addition to the existing SSD, in addition.) this might be normal.
