slow transfer speed of Seagate Backup plus 1tb

i have a seagate backup plus 1 tb drive
i scan my hd with crystal disk info it shows me warning about current pending sector count..
what should i have to do...
and my transfer speed is very low only 355kb/s
please help

Disk Reader (or hard drives)
Right Click on your hard drive
Properties
Strategies
An d choose best performances and activate "cache writing"
It works fine !!!

Move all very important drive information to another disk or device and test it with CHKDSK to see whether it is still workable.
Also diagnose it with some professional diagnosing software out there
Honestly, if this drive has been used for a really long time and it has been detected with many bad sectors, you’d better save no important data there to avoid data loss troubles.
