Question Slow upload speed with ethernet connection ?

I have a 100mbps download with 35mbps upload internet package.
On wifi my upload goes full tilt, but on my pc, through ethernet it only goes up to 10mbps.
My isp has come to fix it and on his laptop, with the same lan cable he gets full upload speed, but on my pc i still only get 10mbps.
I have a Gigabyte Z590 Aurus Elite motherboard and have updated the lan drivers.
What can be wrong?

Check in Device Manager -> Network Adapters -> You're LAN card -> Properties -> Advanced -> Speed & Duplex

If Speed & Duplex is set to Auto Negotiation, try setting it to 100 mbps Full Duplex, restart computer and try a speed test.
