Question Slow Write Speeds on HD: Normal SEQ1M Q8T1 Speed, very low SEQ1M Q1T1

Hi I have two identical 6TB HDs TERRAMASTER D4-300 USB 3.1(Gen1) HDD DAS enclosure. When I transfer files to then I was getting slow speeds of 40-50 Mb/s on one and normal speeds of ~110Mbs on the other. I ran Crystal disk on both of them it seems like the problematic HD is actually has slow SEQ1M Q1T1 speeds slow to what I'm seeing where as it has good Q8T1 speeds.

The HD that is working properly has great Q8T1 and Q1T1 speeds. Any idea on how I can fix this?

Crystal Mark for identical Drive with no issues in the same DAS.

which drives are you using?
check the drives for errors with its manufacturer´s tool, update the firmware of the HDDs if available
update the firmware of the enclosure if available

try with a different PC/laptop, if it´s working there:
update the chipset and eventually additional USB drivers of your motherboard´s PC
update BIOS as well

how full is is the working HDD and the not good working HDD?
are you using RAID ? if so, which one
reseat the HDD which is not working properly
