Question Slower booting sometimes

Well i've bought all new parts for my pc,and the problem im facing is that sometimes my pc boots slower,today it took like 2-3 minutes to start...(its on ssd btw)
I gotta note that hp on my SSD started to fall rapidly to 99 after 98 and after like 5-6 months of using its on 97 at the moment...
Also i gotta note sometimes temp spiked up to like 50 degrees on SSD,most of time it stays on 30-35/6ish,tried to move ssd around case but it just stayed like that

MSI B450 Mortar Max
Ryzen 5 3600 with Arctic Freezer 34 Duo
16 GB GSKILL AEGIS 3200MHZ
ROG STRIX RX-570 8GB DDR5
BEQUIET PURE POWER 11
SSD:CRUCIAL BX 500 250GB
Case:Not known worldwide but its MS TITAN Pro 2

Since its still under warranty should i return SSD,and if i do,do you have any recommendation for nvme
