Slower shutdown and boot up

Hey i tried overclocking my pc the other day but didnt really feel like it worked so i put everything back to default but then i noticed that my pc had gotten a slower shutdown time and boot up time. What could have happend and how to fix it?

Keep in mind that my cpu and gpu temps were normal and my system was not damaged ( as far as i know)

help us. what did you OC? GPU or CPU? settings you changed? what did you put back to default? are we supposed to guess? list your specs and be descriptive about what happened

as i said i overclocked both my gpu and cpu but but i found out i cant overclock a i7 8700 non k processor

And inside msi afterburner i put 125 on core clock and 400 on mem clock and 0 voltage and temp limit 83 and fan speed to 50
