SM Bus Controller does not have a driver installed. i have reinstalled the ATI drivers already. And i cannot find a driver for this!?!?!

I just updated the ATI chipset drivers like 30 minutes ago. and its still showing that the sm bus isnt installed at all. where do i get that specific driver? any detailed help would be great. I have followed some directions the computer producers had posted and they basicly made me update the on-board video drivers and attept to update the driver thru the device manager which failed.
