Small Business Server Mobo

Need to build out a sever for our office (10 users max) which will be running MS Small Biz Server 2003 for our film/tv production company.

The server will run our communications (exchange, project management, IM, business contact manage) and act as a file server for biz doc's and web/print related media. It will not have to store/host our production related media.

I would think that the storage would be setup for Raid 1 on 2 system drives (36GB) and Raid 5 array for 3 - 4 drives totalling .5 - 1 TB of file storage.

Can anyone direct me to appropriate mobo & cpu combo's that will fit this task for the next 18 month's.

You wont have to worry so much about heat, and the power will be there when you need it.
