(small case) if wires touch motherboard or top of ramstick will it likely to cause problems?

My wires are covered, they're not naked, my case is small just trying to avoid my wires touching my CPU fan.

rubbing on moving fan is bad, touching on sharp hsf blades is bad (they will wear through), everything else ok (except for hot things). But a few cable ties and you'll have no contact.
