Small form factor home server

Hey, i want to build a home server and i am on a budget, so i made this:

CPU: AMD A6-6400K 3.9GHz
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-H
RAM: G.Skill Value 4GB @ 1333MHz
Storage: Seagate Barracuda XT 2TB 7200RPM
PSU: Coolmax 300W Micro ATX

It all costs $230 and it doesn't consume much electricity. Its purpose is to stream media on local devices and download/seed torrents 24/7. Is this a good build?

Its just a PC. OS? Case? Get a better quality power supply though.
