[SOLVED] Small power flicker on startup -- then nothing.

So I just bought a new case. Spent about 3 hours moving parts from old case to the new. I've hooked up everything correctly but when I turn it on it only flickers all the lights then nothing happens. I can't figure out what I did wrong. I did notice an orange light down by my front panel connectors
If someone could please help I'm losing my mind

What do the small Q-LEDS (next to the RAM slots) show when you boot?

ASUS Q-LED (CPU, DRAM, VGA, Boot Device LED)

Take it out and check for a motherboard standoff that is in the wrong place. They should all line up with holes on the motherboard. Remove any extras.

While it is out, breadboard it on a table. All you need it the motherbd, CPU w/cooler, Ram, GPU, & PSU. See if it works/boots to let you in the bios.
