[SOLVED] Smallest and quietest system that can support 128 GB RAM?

I need to get the fastest possible machine for use with just two softwares: one is Keyshot (so I'd like a GeForce 3080) and the other is a scientific software that I need 128 GB RAM for (don't ask).

I thought the Corsair One systems look pretty nice for this purpose. I'm not going to be doing any gaming or serious overclocking. However, it only has two memory slots. And also, I would somewhat prefer to have an Alder Lake machine with DDR5.

Does anyone know if any (1) Alder Lake Corsair One machines (2) 64 GB memory dimms, or (3) have any other recommendations? I suppose I could wait about 3 more months if anything's just around the corner. Would really prefer not to have a giant desktop as this is limited purpose computer.

The corsair one uses a small ITX motherboard.
To be so small, there will only be two ram slots.
To date, I have seen no DDR5 ram kits of 2 x 64gb.
I found only one Z690 MATX motherboard with 4 ddr5 ramslots

I have used one before.
It is about as small as it gets for matx.

The front 180mm intake fan is very effective for cooling.

What CPU requirements does this scientific software have?
What defines "fastest"? Single threaded performance? Multi-threaded performance ? Memory bandwidth?
What budget ?
 
This is the scientific software. It's very multithreaded and doesn't use GPU much (only for visualization, which is secondary). I don't know how much memory bandwidth matters, though I am guessing it does matter since the software does use a lot of memory? Keyshot, the other software, cares most about GPU. Thank you for the help. Well, I don't think Quadro is necessary and Keyshot only cares about Cuda cores, not whether or not the card is Quadro. The budget is flexible, though I want to stay below the point of serious demising returns (for example getting 3080 rather than 3090 card).

That page shows Threadripper, but it isn't the newest and I wonder if Alder Lake might now be better choice. For the scientific software number of CPU cores and memory seem to be most important. I don't know if all cores are created equal, however -- I assume not. Whatever your best judgement is would be appreciated. I am out of my area of expertise.
