Perhaps some related problem within Windows.

Try "sfc /scannow" and "dism"

And take a look in Task Manager and Resource Monitor before launching Smite. Watch for15 - 20 minutes or so.

(Note: Use both tools but only one at a time.)

Then launch Smite but do no play per se. Just watch for what changes.

Then play and continue to watch.

When is the EasyAntiCheatService being launched?

So, I run "sfc /scannow" and "dism" and didn't find any problems.

Task Manager without Smite and with Smite ↓

Also I notice some spikes in the disk usage it was the "Antimalware Service Executable"

The "EasyAntiCheatService" is launched when Smite is opening.

Just to test: are you able to disable or otherwise stop EasyAntiCheatService from launching?

I can't stop EasyAntiCheatService from launching but what I did is open Smite and stop the service of EasyAntiCheatService wich dind't do anything since the problem persist and the next time I open the game it starts again, having previously disabled it.

It's weird because only happens with Smite..not with other games.

I always recommend this as a last resort. If after consulting forums, your own research, knowledge, and youtube videos, the problem persists, just do a clean install of windows. For most PC gamers, we usually don't have very many applications and downloading our games back are made easy. A clean install of windows clears up most game crashing issues that are otherwise very hard to find the root cause of.

Yes there are options; however my thought is to investigate more as an attempt to identify a specific problem.

It could well be that a clean install provides resolution. Yet if there is some inherent issue the problem may just creep in again.

What PSU is installed: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

History of heavy gaming use? And/or video editing or even mining?

In Resource Monitor: Observe system and component performance with and without Smite running.

Also FYI:

Note the automatic "tests" and run those tests.

Remember though that the tests may only determine that the game will run. And not necessarily indicate how well the game will run.

Resource Monitor: Sorry I really don't understand what I'm looking here

I've been playing with this PC for like 5 years or so now and the PSU honestly is a generic one..don't know the wattage or model, age around 5 years.

No problem:

First start clicking the small downward pointing arrows at the right end of the CPU, Disk, Network, and Memory lines.

The clicks should open up a more detailed view of what apps, etc, are using each resource.

Disk and Network appear to have a lot of activity going on.

A 5 year old PSU is more than likely beginning to age into its' design EOL (End of Life). Especially if the PSU has been used for heavy gaming.....

Depending on what particular PSU components are starting to falter the end issues can and do vary.

If you are comfortable doing so, power down, unplug, open the case.

Hopefully you will be able to see the PSU and identify, make, model, wattage. And perhaps possibly some date/time stamp as well.

(If you are not comfortable doing so find a knowledgeable family member or friend to help open the case.)

While the case is open take the opportunity to clean out dust and debris.

Also check that all connectors, cards, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.
