Smoke coming out of PC

I just turned it on about 30 minutes ago and it loaded up fine and everything until I heard a rather disturbing noise and then only moments later smoke started to come out and hell broke loose. The smoke was a white color. This PC was a gaming PC and I looked at my mobo and it doesn't seem to be burnt or anything (so I ASSUME that's ok). I believe the problem lies with my PSU. Any help? I don't have the money to take it anywhere or even replace the part at the moment, so let's pray I get my job tomorrow lol.
PSU: http://

Personally, I wouldn't do anything till you test the PSU. Best and safest way to do this:

1) Remove PSU from the case.
2) Get a paper clip or small piece of wire
3) Take the PSU to another outlet, preferrably outside.
4) Before plugging it in, in the ATX connector, there's a green wire. Run the wire from that green wire to a black wire.
5) Plug it in.

There. http:// Slightly afraid to do this method, but I'll give it a shot.
UPDATE: PSU fan is running. Now what?

They look fine. However, while searching I looked at my GPU and noticed that one of them seemed to be broken.

Seems? Can you post a picture? Remove the graphics card and see if the PC boots of the onboard graphics.

Can't post a picture, but I'll hook up the PSU, just give me a few minutes.

The fans are running, everything seems to be running. Three things I want to point out though:
1) There's this strange noise I'm hearing (sounds scary).
2) My keyboard and mouse won't receive power, nor will it display on the monitor.
3) When my PSU fan stops, there is still some power surging to the LED lights.

1) Try to find out where that noise is coming from.
2) OK so its not the GPU necessary, or not ONLY. Hoping for your sake.
3) That is normal as the PSU coils are still charged and take some time to discharge.

I am pretty sure its your mobo now. Must be if that is what you are describing.

The noise I believe is coming from my CPU. So in the worst case scenario (aka my scenario), My CPU, GPU, PSU and mobo could be fried, right? I can't fucking believe this.

CPU? VERY doubtfull, a CPU can basically survive a lightning strike. LOL

The only thing that COULD be making that noise NEAR your CPU is the CPU cooler, which is cheap and easily replaced.

Notice any power disruption or surges? Storm in the area?

Worst case scenario a power surge damage you mobo and GPU and PSU. Most likely just your mobo.

Test your GPU and PSU in a friends system if possible. if they work fine, RMA your mobo. I would put money on the mobo.

That makes me feel a little better. Yes, we did just get hit with a storm. Though I only turned my PC on after the storm ended.

If you did not unplug or switch the power port of at the wall, the current from a lightning strike would still travel through the wiring in the house.

Smell your PSU. Should be a very distinct burnt smell with a power surge.

I did. Everything sort of still smells like it though.

Thanks for everything. I can't believe this happened, but I guess now I get to live without a PC that can do anything. I don't see the point for me to RMA, I think I'm better off just waiting to get $500 to buy new parts (GPU, PSU, mobo). Especially since I wanted to replace my GPU anyways.

Its a pleasure. but AT LEAST test the components individually if possible. Some may still be usable. Lets hope your HDD is not effected.

Sorry. Acts of God are not always very nice.

A tip : Consider a decent UPS(uninterupted power supply), it will protect your system from surges and storms in the future.

I just looked into how my HDD can be completely wiped out. Is there any way to test everything individually besides using someone's PC?

Eh, don't really care. No insurance or anything. Not even a job. My life is in such a pit right now lol...
UPDATE: Is it possible my keyboard, mouse, headphones and possibly monitor suffered as well?
